All our 'build your own bear' products and teddy bear clothes carry the CE Mark where appropriate however our products are unsuitable for children under 36 months due to small parts.
Please ensure you remove all tags and packaging before use.
Returns Policy
We make every effort to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. However, should the goods be found to be defective or damaged in any way a replacement or full refund will be offered. The replacement is, unfortunately, subject to availability but your satisfaction is of the upmost importance to us so we will always try to come to an arrangement that you are happy with.
If you change your mind then don't worry, goods can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. All goods must be returned, unused and in their original packaging. If these conditions are satisfied then a refund for the purchase cost and applicable postage will be given. Unfortunately the return postage is at your own expense.
Privacy
All credit/debit card transactions are carried out via Paypal. We do not store any card information on our systems.
