Delivery & Back Orders

Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days. If your chosen cuddly friends are not currently in stock, or you need a larger quantity than we have available, please allow up to 8 working days for delivery.

Ordering for a party? You can check the current stock level on each individual cuddly friend product page. If you need your order quickly, we recommend choosing cuddly friends that are currently in stock. If any of your chosen friends need to be ordered in, please allow up to 8 working days for delivery.

If you choose more of a cuddly friend than we currently have available, the product page will let you know that the additional quantity will be supplied on back order.

We offer tracked delivery with DHL.

Economy Delivery: Up to 8 working days — £5.95
Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days — £6.95
Next Working Day Delivery: Available on in-stock orders placed before 1pm — £11.95
Saturday Delivery: Available on in-stock orders placed before 12 noon on Friday — £24.95
